What's Goin' On Detroit

The homie OSK sent me this vid and being that Detroit is one of the four cities on my current life trajectory I had to embrace it. The downtown area is experiencing major revitalization but meanwhile the poor are losing their homes, communities are continuing to disintegrate and drug addiction is at an all time high. I know it's not the only city like this.
