There are two AVM's (Anytime Vending Machines) at:

Here's the deal, much like hitting a cannabis shop for Medical Mary J, you have to visit a doctor for your prescription. Once you've consulted a physician you can head to the AVM location and get your prescription approved. You have to get your finger print taken before being granted a prepaid credit card loaded with your profile: dosage (3.5 or 7 grams, up to 1oz a week) and strain preference (choice of five, including OG Cush and Granddaddy Purple, the mildly hallucinogenic forebear to Prince).
The AVMs will be fully-operational by Monday January 28th and there are future plans for machine-vended pharmaceuticals like Vicodin, Viagra, and Propecia.
